Innovations in teaching foreign languages

On December 10, 2012 the first President of the Republic of Uzbekistan adopted a resolution PR №1875 “On measures on further improvement of foreign languages learning system.” Much work on the implementation of this resolution has been done in the country. In particular, from the first grade of secondary school began to teach English, German and French languages. Textbooks of new generation were published, new training programs created and reviewed the state educational standards. In the system of continuous education is being carried out huge work in this direction. On October 19, 2016, together with the Tashkent State Pedagogical University named after Nizami was held scientific-practical seminar on the theme: “The implementation of the decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan from December 10, 2012 PR №1875” On measures on further improvement of foreign languages learning system “and development of innovative activity of the teacher in the process of teaching foreign languages in high school”. The seminar focused on the collaborative innovation activities of the teacher and student at the university.

On the scientific and practical seminar reports were made by the Vice-Rector for Academic affairs of Tashfarmi S.U. Aliyev, Head of the Department of Foreign Languages Chair of TSPU named after Nizami Rakhmanova SH.B, teacher of Languages Department A.A. Abdullayeva, a spokesman for the mission “Rossotrudnichestvo” in the Republic of Uzbekistan Sagdullaev D.S. Students of Tashfarmi prepared presentations in English, German and Russian languages. Also students of the academic lyceum at Tashfarmi made their speech on theme “My Native Land” in English language. At the conference the working language was English. At the end of performances active participants were awarded with certificates. The seminar was attended by 23 teachers, including 9 teachers from Tashkent State Pedagogical University named after Nizami and 17 students of Tashfarmi.
